South Korean LPGA golfer Se Ri Pak, 30, was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame on Monday, making her the youngest golfer ever to become a Hall of Famer. She has had 24 career wins. Daaaaaaaaaayum! You go, girl!
H&N Help Take ALCS October 23, 2007
The Boston Red Sox squeezed their way into the World Series by taking out the Cleveland Indians in the 7th game of the ALCS. Two key members that helped the team get there were Daisuke Matsuzaka (pictured left) and Hideki Okajima (on the right), who came from Japan in the hopes of getting to the biggest competition in baseball. So congrats to Dice-K and Okajima for making it this far. I know there are lots of people rooting otherwise, but you guys go do your thing and win it!
Ichiro says weird shit August 31, 2007
Ichiri Suzuki, a ballplayer for the Seattle Mariners, says weird shit. A few highlights:
“It’s not surprising. At the same time, it’s not that usual. It’s somewhere between usual and surprising.”
“I hope he arouses the fire that’s dormant in the innermost recesses of my soul. I plan to face him with the zeal of a challenger.”
“Tiger is a great golfer, but … when you say athlete, I think of Carl Lewis. When you talk about [golfers or race-car drivers], I don’t want to see them run. It’s the same if you were to meet a beautiful girl and go bowling. If she’s an ugly bowler, you are going to be disappointed.”
Thanks, Jen, for the tip!
Tiger’s got another one in the bag? August 11, 2007

Tiger Woods might win another one! Yes, he’s Asian! Partially, dammit. Hot and Nerdy has his kill face on! Win it!
H&N K.J. Choi is also on the leaderboard at T16. I have no idea what that means, but he’s not going to win. We still love you, baby!
